What I've found fascinating about working with a modular set up is the flexibility and enjoyment it offers. Each session can take you somewhere completely different depending on your decisions and patch choices.
Analog synths can be temperamental and unpredictable, embracing that and using it is rewarding. For me, learning to accept whatever slight unexpected variance might come out makes it more natural and less machine like, more organic.
The tracks are on the whole born from a single patch idea or experiment that was then expanded by adding in other elements. A handful of tracks are presented as performance pieces just recorded and mixed.
